Privacy policy.

Scalenvia is a small studio operated by Mathieu Guicheteau as an independent contractor based in Paris, France. We respect your data because we're a tiny operation, we don't have the resources to mishandle it, and we wouldn't if we did.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form: your name, email, optionally your business name, the message you type, and the budget range you select. Nothing else.

When you visit the public site: anonymized analytics via Vercel (page views, country, referrer). No third-party trackers, no advertising IDs, no cross-site cookies.

When you sign in to the private app (team members only): we receive your Google profile (name, email, avatar) via OAuth. Nothing more.

Why we collect it

Strictly to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, manage the project.

Who else sees it

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising. To run the service, some data passes through technical sub-processors, all contractually bound and GDPR-compliant: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, EU region), Google (authentication; and, for the relevant features only, Gemini for AI assistance, Google Places for business search, and Workspace if you connect it), Resend and IONOS (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Upstash (rate limiting) and Cloudflare (anti-spam). We only send each service the minimum it needs.

Prospecting (business data)

As part of our B2B activity, we may collect publicly available professional information about businesses (name, address, professional phone or email, public rating) to introduce our services, on a legitimate-interest basis. If this concerns you and you no longer wish to appear in our records, email us: we delete the record without delay. Refused or inactive prospects are purged per our retention policy.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept for 3 years after the last contact (in case you come back). Project data is kept for the duration of our engagement plus 5 years for legal/accounting reasons. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export any data we hold on you. Email contact@scalenvia.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the version above and post a note on the home page for at least 30 days.
