L'équipe Scalenvia a su s'adapter à mes besoins, qui étaient pourtant très particuliers. Un grand merci à Mathieu pour son écoute, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.

What makes us different
Everyone sells a quote. I deliver the site that brings you customers.
The normal way to buy a website asks you to pay for work you haven't seen. You sign a quote, you hand over a deposit, and you find out what you bought at the end. That's where it goes wrong, and that's why so many shop owners keep putting it off.
The normal way
Quote, deposit, wait, surprise
- You pay before you've seen a thing
- Three weeks to three months of waiting
- Back and forth over abstract mock-ups
- A subscription you can't get out of, on a site you don't own
The Scalenvia way
Site built, you see it, you decide
- The site is built and ready before any invoice exists
- 7 working days, or the guarantee kicks in
- You judge the real site, on your phone, not a mock-up
- One payment. The site is yours, the domain is in your name
What waiting costs
While you think it over, they find someone else.
A business with no visible website doesn't lose customers loudly. It loses them in silence: someone searches, doesn't find you, and goes elsewhere. You'll never know they were looking.
And a website isn't just an address: it's where everything about you finally sits in one place. Your hours, your address, your services, your prices, your menu, and photos that make people want to walk in. One page to send, instead of typing the same answer ten times over.
The first figure is an industry order of magnitude: French studies put pre-purchase online research between 80 and 88%. The other two come from France Num, the French government's portal for business digitalisation. None of them is a measurement taken at your business: on the call, we look at your own numbers.

The offer, in full
The “Seen & Approved” website
Everything below is included. The amounts on the right are my real prices, straight off my public rate card, not padded to look impressive.
Bespoke multi-page website, built for mobile, ready for search€500
Five pages on average, written and laid out for your trade. Built for the phone first, because that's where your customers look at you. Structure and tags ready for Google, fast loading, and a contact form that lands in your inbox.
Online presence audit, prioritised PDF report€149free
A full picture of everything making you visible or invisible: Google profile, directories, whether your contact details match everywhere, reviews, social accounts, the speed of any site you already have. Every point ranked by impact and by effort, in a PDF you keep, a real action plan, even if you never work with me.
Optimisation of your Google Business profile€149free
It's the first thing most people look at, before your website. Categories, area, services, photos, opening hours and description, along with plenty of settings you may not know exist, all reworked one by one to push you up Google Maps' local results, the three-address box people actually click.
Self-service editor, 12 mois€90free
Opening hours, prices, photos to change? You do it yourself in a few clicks, from your phone or your computer, and it's live a second later. No code, no appointment, no invoice for changing the dish of the day.
Serenity, 3 mois€57free
Hosting, backups, security updates and monitoring: if the site goes down, I know before you do. One edit included every month for the changes you'd rather not make yourself.
The “100% owner” option€100free
The code, the database and every login put in your name. You're renting nothing: if I disappear tomorrow, or you want to hand the site to someone else, it's already yours, or ready to move to another provider.
Why this is possible: I work alone, with no sales team and no offices, on a production line I built and hardened myself over several months. Add the dozen or so sites I built at my own expense to get the method right: that learning is already paid for, and you have no reason to fund it a second time.
or 3 × €230, interest-free
Everything above is included in that price. You pay for the site only: the rest comes free when it goes live, and nothing starts until you say yes.
You pay nothing today. No deposit, no card details, no signature. The invoice only exists the day you tell me to write it.
After that, if you want it: €19/month for hosting, backups, monitoring and one edit a month. No commitment, cancel whenever you like. Or nothing at all: the site stays yours.
The risk sits with me
Three guarantees in writing, not three good intentions.
Guarantee 1
Seen & Approved
You judge the site finished, on your own phone, before any invoice exists. You don't like it: you owe nothing, I take it all down, that's the end of it. No argument and no charge.
Guarantee 2
7 days, or I pay
€50 off your invoice for every working day I'm late, up to €200. The clock starts the moment I have your text and your photos; if I'm waiting on you, it pauses. And that's written in plain sight, not buried in the small print.
Guarantee 3
Never locked in
The domain name is registered in your name, with you there, never in mine. The “100% owner” option is included. If Scalenvia stops tomorrow, your files are handed over free of charge and your site keeps running elsewhere.
How it works
Five steps. Seven working days.
A 20-minute call, or the form
Two ways to start, your pick. The call: we look together at what Google shows when someone searches for your trade in your town, and I give you improvements you can put in place that same evening, free, whether we work together or not. The form: it asks the same questions as the call and collects your photos along the way. It replaces the call, and it saves you the next step.
You send me what you've got
Your photos, your opening hours, your menu or your services. No brief to write. Whatever you have to hand is enough to get started. If you came through the form, this is already done: it all went in one go, and I start straight away.
I do the work, you do nothing
Writing, structure, photos, local SEO, Google profile. No mock-up to sign off, no back and forth: I hand you a site that is all but finished, not a building site to comment on.
You see the site
I send you a private link. You open it on your phone, you show it to whoever you like, you take as long as you need. That is when you send me your feedback and decide, and not before.
It's yes, or it's no
It's yes: we put the site live on your domain name, you pay, it's yours. It's no: you owe nothing, I take it all down. There is no third case and there is nothing to negotiate.
If I reached out to you first, this is already done.
I never approach anyone empty-handed. By the time I write to you, your site already exists: I built it beforehand, at my own expense, from what Google and your social accounts say about you. All that's left is to open it and say yes or no.

Your point of contact
I'm not a developer. That's deliberate.
I studied property, then spent three years in lettings management: a thousand homes to look after, and the phone ringing from morning to night. Most callers were asking a question whose answer should have been written down somewhere: an opening time, a price, a procedure. Every missing piece of information ends up as a phone call.
Then three years as an investment analyst: valuing offices, shops and warehouses, and saying what they actually earned, not what they looked like they were worth. I kept that reflex for websites. A developer wants a clean site, a designer wants an original one. I want to know whether the phone rings more than before.
So I won't talk to you about typefaces or programming languages. We start with your situation, then with what people type into Google and what makes them call rather than close the page. A site has to look good, obviously. But pretty and empty is no use to anyone: it has to convert first, and earn you money.
Mathieu Guicheteau · Your point of contact, from the first call to going live
Before we start
I build before I'm paid. So I pick my jobs.
A week's work goes out before an invoice exists, and I'm the one who loses it if you say no. So I only start when I'm convinced I can genuinely get your phone ringing, and that the money will have been worth spending. If that's not your case, I'll tell you on the call and we stop there.
20 minutes, by video or on the phone. You leave with improvements you can put in place that same evening, whether we work together or not.
What's still holding you back
The questions everyone asks me.
01What's the catch, if I only pay at the end?
There isn't one, and here's why it pays for me: I lose a week's work when it doesn't come off, but I win every customer who would never have signed a quote blind. Across the volume, I come out ahead. It's a bet on the quality of what I deliver, not generosity. In practice: no deposit, no card details stored, no automatic renewal.
02€690 is too much for me.
It's a one-off payment, not a subscription. France Num, the French government's portal for business digitalisation, puts a brochure site at between €900 and €5,000, hosting and domain name on top. And with most of them, the site still isn't yours at the end. An online platform, meanwhile, is paid for every month for life: the day you stop, the site goes. If budget is genuinely the sticking point: three instalments at no extra cost, and the first one only falls due after you've seen the site.
03I have no text, no photos and no logo.
That's true of most people. I write the copy from our call and from what already exists on your Google profile and your social accounts. For photos, we work with what you have: usually a few shots taken on a phone in good light are enough, I tell you which ones to take and then keep the best. If visuals are still missing (a background, a mood, an illustration), I fill the gaps with royalty-free or generated images. Never to stand in for a photo of your own place: what your customers want to see is you, not a catalogue set.
04What if I already have a site?
Then the comparison is even simpler: I build the new one, it lives on a private link next to the old one, and you put them side by side on your phone. You switch if you prefer the new one. Your current address and your search rankings are kept: the redirects are part of the job. And redoing a site isn't vanity: Google keeps changing what it rewards, and people now search through AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…), which read sites differently. A site frozen five years ago gets overtaken without anyone telling you.
05How much time do I have to put in?
A 20-minute call, sending some photos, and a read-through. Call it an hour in total, spread over the week. There is no mock-up to sign off and no back and forth: that is exactly what costs you a month everywhere else.
06You're on your own. What if you stop?
Fair question, and it's exactly why the third guarantee exists. The domain name is registered in your name, with you there, not in mine. The “100% owner” option is included: the code, the database and the logins are yours. If I stop tomorrow, your site keeps running and any provider can pick it up.
07Do you use artificial intelligence?
Yes, and I'd rather tell you than let you guess. It works as an accelerator: drafting first versions, laying pages out, producing variants. What used to take weeks takes a few days. That is exactly what makes a complete site possible at this price and in seven working days, instead of the weeks and the thousands of euros the same work cost three years ago. What it doesn't do is decide. What goes first, the order of the pages, the words that make someone call: that's my job, and it comes out of our call and the in-depth audit I run on your online presence. Every page is read and approved before it goes live, and every site goes through the same checklist, Google's own tools included. It isn't the tool that prevents oversights, it's the check that comes after. The time I don't spend on layout goes into what earns you money: what people search for, what they see first, what makes them pick up the phone. And a clean, well-structured site reads just as well to Google as to the AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…) your customers are starting to search in. Same hygiene, working both ways.
08Will I really be visible on Google?
The site is delivered indexed, with the structure and the tags it needs, and your Google Business profile optimised. That's what weighs most for a local business. Before it goes live, every site is run through Google's own measurement tools (speed, readability on a phone, correct reading of the tags), and nothing ships until it passes. What I won't promise you is a precise position on a precise word: nobody can guarantee that, and anyone who guarantees it to you is lying.
